2021-22 Re-Enrollment and Summer Schedule

Xavier Families,

I wanted to give you an update concerning re-enrollment, the schedule for summer classes, and some important 2021-22 school dates.

  • Re-enrollment
    • Early next week you will receive an email through our school management system Renweb with a link to re-enroll your student for the 2021-22 school year. We have automated the process and the forms will be pre-populated with student and family info on file. As you navigate through the questions, please take the time to verify or update the data to ensure accuracy.
  • Tuition for 2021-22
    • Despite the additional costs that Xavier has incurred with Covid-19 and a significant investments in digital hardware and technology, we have been able to keep our yearly commitment of only a 2% rise in tuition
  • Deposit
    • To ensure a spot at Xavier in the fall and to help with planning and teacher scheduling please drop off a check for $500 which will be credited to your tuition payment in August
  • Summer Schedule
    • The last day of the spring term is on Friday May 28th
    • Xavier will be closed during the week of Memorial Day (May 31st through June 4th)
    • Graduation will be held on Sunday June 6th
    • Summer Session 1 will start on Monday June 7th and last through Wednesday June 30th
      • Classes will be held Monday through Thursday from 9 am to 12 pm and will be available for students that need time completing their spring work
      • Courses will be available for new students wishing to enroll at Xavier
    • Summer Session 2 will start on Tuesday July 6th and last through July 31st
      • Admin approval will be required to attend Summer Session 2
  • 2021-22 School Year
    • The fall semester will start on Monday August 23rd
    • The last day of the spring term will be on Friday May 27, 2022
    • Graduation will be held on Thursday June 2nd
    • The PDF school calendar is in the process of being created and dates/events will be populated on our website as well as parent-web in Renweb
